Christ Will Provide the Guiding Light

Along the way there will be challenging times. These challenging times may unsettle us, demotivate us and shift us off our centre of gravity. We may feel as though the world is being swept from underneath us and we can’t continue to trudge forward.

We Are Spiritual Beings

It may seem as though the days continue to tick by and the challenge remains, the challenge of existence. For we are spiritual beings tasked with navigating existence in the human form.

It is this human form that brings us the most pain and discomfort, but it is also the form that allows us to experience the world through the lens of God’s creation.

The Fruits of the Soul

At the core of our being is a spirit that we must continue to feed with good fruits. These fruits are in the decisions we make for good, the sacrifices we make for love and the forgiveness we present to those who may trespass against us.

For God knows what he has built us to be, we are his creation. When we feel at the challenging limits of human existence we must look toward our creator who will provide the lighted path.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own” (1 Corinthians 6:19)

The Holy Spirit Within Us

For we have within us the Holy Spirit and this Earthly challenge is God’s mission for the growth of our souls. It is on this journey that we must persevere and trust that God provide the guiding light.

“The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” (Isaiah 58:11)
